This 2017 edition of the pharmakon seminar is about micro and macrocosmologie in the field of locality and scales relativity. This seminar is held inside a colllaborative research team, “Plaine Commune”, and investigates the question of limits closely connected with the european research program Nextleap about cryptograpy and decentralized social medias.
